The grill and the space have been reserved. The rain date is the week after. We yet need a signature for the barbecue permit. We will need to get food the night before. Melissa will contact someone with a car. The barbecue starts at 5:00, but the ACM officers will arrive at 4:00 for preparations.
We will ask Adam for the quantities of which burgers worked in past years. We need over 160 burgers, extra buns, the same about of veggie burgers as last year, and the same number of cheese slices as burgers. We need less mustard and ketchup. We need charcoal. We already have cooking utensils.
Melissa, Wylie, and Nick may get the food.
Gary will cook.
